How should I prepare the Property?

To ensure that your property looks its best in photos, it's important to prepare it properly before the photo shoot. This includes cleaning and decluttering each room, turning on all the lights, opening window treatments, and removing any vehicles from the driveway or front of the house. I will provide you with a more detailed list of things to do leading up to the shoot.
How long does a photo shoot take?

The length of a real estate photo shoot will depend on the size of the property. Generally, it takes about 1 hour to photograph a 2000 sq. ft. home. Adding approximately 15 minutes per 1000 sq. ft. from there.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

After the photo shoot is complete, we always deliver the final edited photos within 24 hours. We understand that time is of the essence in the real estate industry and we strive to provide quick turnaround times while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Can you provide aerial photography of the property?

Yes, I can provide aerial photography using a drone, as long as it's legal and safe to do so in your area. Aerial photography can provide a unique perspective of the property and can be especially helpful for showcasing large estates or properties with unique features. Please note that I follow all FAA regulations and obtain any necessary permits before conducting aerial photography.
